Founder and MD of KeyMT, With over 30 years’ of airport experience, he bridges strategy, design, and delivery to ensure solutions are safe, compliant, and workable in live environments.

Travel Retail Director, with 29 years in the UK travel retail industry, Emma creates high-impact brand campaigns and large-scale installations in airport environments. Global brands and major retailers have trusted Emma for many years with their brand.

Creative Director, Matt has over 20 years experience in graphic design and creative director roles. Specialising in Wayfinding communications Matt has worked with leading retails brands, public infrastructure projects and government agencies.

Chris is Operations Manager at KeyMT, leading the company’s installation and delivery teams. With over 10 years at KeyMT, he has progressed through the business to become a trusted operational leader, known for his calm, informed approach across complex and challenging venues.

Production Manager, Terry leads KeyMT’s in-house manufacturing operation. His team delivers a wide range of outputs — from print and illuminated signage to complex CNC-fabricated components — with a strong focus on quality, precision, and reliability.

Sam is KeyMT’s HR Manager, heading up HR and administrative functions across the business. Sam also oversees compliance and ID permissions for multiple airports and secure venues, ensuring teams are properly accredited and ready to operate.

David is Client Director at KeyMT and a wayfinding and signage specialist with over 25 years’ experience across the public and private sectors. He brings comprehensive knowledge of government legislation, accessibility standards and industry best practice. He has worked with major UK airports, the NHS, and care sector clients to develop and deliver effective, compliant wayfinding solutions.

Kelly heads up KeyMT’s finance department, overseeing financial management, reporting, and controls to support the smooth and accountable delivery of projects.

Dan is Construction Manager at KeyMT, leading the company’s construction and maintenance activities. He brings extensive experience delivering works across airside, landside, and complex passenger environments, ensuring projects are executed safely and with minimal operational disruption

Anton is Compliance Manager at KeyMT, heading up the company’s compliance function. Having worked both as a host and as a contractor at a major international airport, he brings first-hand experience in navigating complex permit, access, and compliance requirements across a wide range of operational environments.

As Bespoke Creations Manager, Lee heads up KeyMT’s bespoke manufacturing team. A highly skilled craftsman with 12 years’ experience at KeyMT, he specialises in working with wood and other raw materials to produce tailored, high-quality solutions.

Amanda is the Print Services & Administration Manager at KeyMT, leveraging a strong background in large-format printing and production management to keep projects running smoothly. She coordinates internal processes, communication, and delivery to ensure clarity, efficiency, and successful outcomes.
